Founded in 2013, Nordic Smoke started as the brainchild of two brothers schooled in the dark arts of meat smoking by their father. Through trial and error, beers drank and briskets squandered, Nordic Smoke created a remarkable BBQ menu that has been bewitching BBQ aficionados since that fateful first bite. Through hard work and perseverance, Nordic Smoke BBQ went from a backyard in Spangle, Washington to national television, landing themselves on Guy Fieri’s Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives.
